This 1/4" O.D. x 0.035" W.T. 2205 super coiled tubing welded control line is manufactured from 2205 duplex stainless steel, known for its exceptional combination of high strength and resistance to corrosion, particularly in chloride-bearing environments. This control line tubing is characterized by a balanced microstructure containing both austenite and ferrite, which enhances its mechanical properties, making it approximately twice as strong as standard austenitic stainless steels like 316L.

Applications
